1. Can I get help customizing my order?

Of course.  To begin your order, send an email to This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it .  Our staff is more than happy to work with you to make your ideas real.  Choosing the right colors and sizes as well as slightly altering your artwork is free.  However, if you need help designing your jersey from scratch, an additional fee may apply. Just refer to our CUSTOMIZATION SERVICE for more information

 

2. Is there a minimum number of pieces I have to order?
Not at all.  The minimum is only one.  However, the more you buy, the less each shirt costs.  Just refer to our pricing chart under PRICE for more information.

 

3. Can I screenprint or embroider on any item? 
Zone Clothing  can screenprint on shirts, shorts, skirts, and pants.  We can embroider on the aforementioned items as well as hats and shoe bags. 

 

4. Is there a cost difference between screenprinted and embroidered items?
Yes.  Prices listed in the PRICE  section are for screenprinted items only.  Embroidery prices vary depending on area size of image.  Just send an email to This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it ” to get a price quote .

 

5. Does the number of pieces ordered change if I order both men’s and women’s pieces?
No – as long as it is the same type of product.  Every piece of that type, whether male, female or child, counts as one piece.  For example, if you order 10 shorts with any size combination (male or female), you get the price for “6-19 pieces.”  If you order 5 shorts and 5 jerseys, you get the “1-5 piece” price of each garment . 

 

6. How much does shipping cost?
Production takes place in Vietnam.  Shipping prices vary by location and quantity of order.  After we receive your final Zone Ordering Form (ZOF), we will let you know the different shipping prices for expedited delivery, based on your desired shipping location.  For all expedited orders, we use TNT shipping services.  It is a guaranteed service that only takes 2-3 business days.  The state-run postal services offers a non-guaranteed shipping service that can take anywhere from 2-5 weeks.  Since we pride ourselves on quality service, we prefer the expedited method.   Please let us know if you prefer the normal shipping method at time of order.

 

7. How does PayPal work?
PayPal is a secure electronic money transfer service.  If you have a credit card, bank account, or buyer credit, you can use this service.  You do not need a PayPal account to use this service.  With a valid email address and major credit card, you can use PayPal as a central bank to transfer money to us.  Simply log on to www.paypal.com.  Under the section “Send Money,” type in “  This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it   ” and the total order amount.  That way, you don’t ever have to directly send your financial information to us.

 

8. Can I only use PayPal or can I pay in cash, check or money order? 
For orders under $600 USD, we prefer PayPal or cash in-country.  For orders over $600 USD, we prefer bank account transfers.  We accept Vietnam Dong and United States Dollars.  We will provide our bank account information at time of payment.

 

9. After I have sent the initial email, how long do I have to wait for my order to arrive?
It will take about 3-4 weeks after your order has been successfully submitted.  That means Zone has received: your Zone Ordering Form (ZOF: finalized information on jersey design, sizes, product types, print ready artwork, shipping and payment details); final approval on the Zone Mock-Up; and your payment in full.  Manufacturing and screenprinting takes 2 weeks from receipt of payment.  Shipping varies from 2 business days to 5 weeks, depending on your specified shipping method (normal or expedited).
 

10. Will you notify me when my order has been shipped?
Yes.  We will send an e-mail notification once your order has been shipped.

 

11. Can I make changes to my order after it has been officially submitted?
No.  After we have received your final approval, it cannot be changed.  Once finalized, we begin production immediately to get you the product out as soon as possible.  However, you can change the delivery address anytime before the order is shipped.  If there is a significant location change (another country for example), then additional shipping charges may apply.

 

12. Can I get my order sooner than 3-4 weeks?
Possibly -- it depends on the quantity and design of your order.  Just send us an email at This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it and we’ll figure out how fast you can get your product from there.  Expedited fees may apply.

 

13. How will I know if my shirts will fit? 
Please refer to our sizing charts under SIZE CHART to choose the best size for each player. 

 

14. Besides color, how else can we customize?
Zone Clothing offers screenprinting, embroidery and jersey cut services.  With screenprinting, we can make a stencil of most any design and print it anywhere.  With embroidery, we can match virtually any color.  Just let us know the color you want and we will do our best to make it happen.  Pricing with embroidery varies depending on area size of image. Jersey cuts can be tailored to your specific team’s needs.
 

15.  What is the difference between screenprinting and embroidery?
Screenprinting, also referred to silkscreening, is a printmaking technique that creates a sharp-edged image using a stencil.  We use this  screenprint technique by transferring your printready JPEG image into stencil form.  It is not a textured design.  Embroidery is the art or handicraft of decorating fabric or other materials with designs stitched in strands of thread or yard using a needle.  This creates a textured design .
